Note 1 This completed application must be handed or posted to the Secretary or Treasurer with the appropriate fee attached.
Note 2 Family Membership requires the one Nomination and Club Fee plus VMAA Subscription for EACH family member included in the application.
Note 3 "Junior" means less than 18 years on first day of Club year (1st July). The Club also allows Junior Membership to Students under 25 and holders of a Student Concession Card. Copy of Card must be provided
Note 4 "Pensioner" means a person who holds a full Medical Entitlement Card, copy of Card must be provided.
Note 5 First and second given names, surnames and date of birth are required for insurance purposes. If a different first name would be preferred on the Club ID, add that name on the application above.
Note 6 Your application will not be considered unless the application is fully completed. An incomplete application will be return.
Note 7 If previously a member of the MAAA or PARCS please provide your AUS No. Also there is provision to pay the New Member Nominating Fee in instalments, please refer to the Treasurer or Secretary for details.
Note 8 The Club Year is 1st July to 30th June. New Applications made in the second half of the Club year, that is between 1st Jan and 30th June, attract the full Nomination fee plus half the listed Club fee and half the VMAA/MAAA subscription (fees are automatically calculated to show the correct amount to be paid in the table above).
Note 9 A VMAA Subscription Fee is not required if it has already been paid through another Club. In this case a photocopy of the other Club's Receipt or of your current MAAA Membership Card must be provided wth this application.
Note 10 We conduct a New Member induction process on the first Sturday of every month, it is the responsibility of every new member to attend at their earliest convenience.
